How does verification work?
We verify account ownership through your professional platform and social media links. Verification typically completes within 24-48 hours.
Can I join if I'm just starting out?
Yes, as long as you have an active portfolio and social media presence that meets our verification requirements.
Privacy & Account Management
Will other members see my personal information?
No. Only your professional information (stage name, portfolio links, bio) appears on Nexus. Payment information is handled securely by Stripe.
Can I change my email or stage name?
Yes. Email support@nexus-social.me with your request.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Email support@nexus-social.me from your registered email to request account deletion. Your data will be removed promptly.
Membership & Payments
How much does it cost?
6 Months: $60
12 Months: $102 ($8.50/month)
How do I cancel?
Email support@nexus-social.me. Your account remains active until your current billing period ends.
Is payment discreet?
Yes. Stripe processes all payments. Your statement will show "NEXSOC."
Are refunds available?
No. All payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel future billing at any time.
Using the Platform
How does messaging work?
Nexus uses a chat request system. You send a request, they accept or decline. No unwanted messages.
Can I control my visibility?
All profile information you submit is visible to verified members. If you don't want something visible, don't include it.
What are the file exchange workspaces?
Temporary private storage (15GB-200GB) rented for 5 days. Perfect for transferring project files with collaborators. Files auto-delete after rental expires.
How do I report inappropriate behavior?
Use the report button on any profile or contact support@nexus-social.me. We take safety seriously.
